Amelia Kyazze
Amelia Kyazze is a British–American writer and photographer. She has exhibited in New York, Oxford, and across London. Before becoming a full-time creative, Amelia spent two decades working for humanitarian organisations in the Balkans, Africa, and Asia. Amelia writes gritty yet uplifting books, where she incorporates multiple character's perspectives to explore questions about diverse relationships.
Her latest book, The Café on Manor Lane, is a story about southeast London and the kindness of strangers. Writing as A.B. Kyazze, the novels Into the Mouth of the Lion and Ahead of the Shadows are based on photographs and notebooks from when she worked in Africa.
