Alexandra Antonopoulou is a UK-based artist and academic. She is fascinated by narratives, ranging from everyday encounters to rituals, myths, and fairy-tales. Story-making is at the heart of both her research and creative practice, which spans painting, printmaking, hybrid book forms, interactive textiles, and performance. Alexandra currently researches alongside environmental scientists in the Mekong Delta in Cambodia.
Her travels and transdisciplinary engagements inspire and shape her artistic practice which has previously been showcased at the Victoria & Albert Museum, the TATE Modern and the London Design Museum.
