Kuba Wronski

Kuba Wronski

A graduate of Camberwell College of Arts, Kuba has been making and exhibiting art for 20 years. He creates evocative paintings and sculptures inspired by demonic and vampiric figures from folklore, as well as drawing on his own experiences with depression.

His 'Materialisations' are crafted using bronze, resin, Fordite and oil on canvas, merging mythic themes with richly textured materials. “Life is experiences, layered on top of each other. Layered, lived experience and emotion.

The work becomes both a form and a record of existence.” "Someone, I tell you, will remember us, even in another time."
