I began creating jewellery 0ver 25 years ago as a way of managing stress, which has developed into a passion for creating individual jewellery items. My influences are texture and colour with particular emphasis on nature and natural stones. My regular botanical and beaded collections were expanded last year to include some chunky cast rings.
I have also been experimenting with stone setting and adding colour through resin. This includes using traditional stone setting techniques, cast in place cubic zirconia, UV resin and stone set silver clay pendants and rings. My work has continued to evolve through a love of learning new techniques.
My work now incorporates silver and gold alongside semi-precious stones using a variety of techniques including silver clay; casting; traditional silver-smithing; resin; wirework and beadwork. I can create items to order, undertakes repairs and love to teach.
